On the island rich with history-
Here lies a one-of-a-kind Captain's landmark built in the 1850s located in Staten Island, NY. Thus, one of the last old mansions on what was once called “Captains’ Row.”
I had the utmost pleasure of working at this beautiful location with the wonderful owner, Biagio.
This venue offers over 5000 sq ft, including four interior levels with twelve rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a roof level cupola and a Juliet balcony. Each room being a different style, feeling, and experience filled with antique pieces from several different time eras, including a Napoletana oven (one of my favorite parts).

The front yard is more than spacious with furniture and decor that is styled to your liking.
The botanical back yard includes an old-fashioned brick-lined well, brick walkway, 40 x 20 Pool, unique artifacts, and more!
The abundance of items available to you that can be added onto your venue booking is endless. Also, you may want to include unique pieces such as an antique pulpit, old-fashioned cars such as a Rolls Royce, faux props, and beyond.
If you wish to include other services with your venue package, you will be pleased to know there are barista services offered inside the saloon.
If you think it, they probably have it. If they don't, trust me when I say they will make it work and blow your expectations out of this world.
You won't be able to find words when describing this special hidden gem.
It is an experience that will leave you speechless.

Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting and service that was provided at the location. The glowing feedback we received from picking this location was truly a moment of pure happiness.
We can't thank you, Biagio and your team enough for your hard work and catering to our needs. You did a fantastic job and impressed everyone including myself with the endless usefulness of everything.
Everyone had a great time and created so much magic with their experience. It just melted our hearts to see such joy and good vibes flowing through everyone throughout the day.
